Account Deletion

Effective date: July 23, 2026

This page explains how to request the deletion of your Glowmory account and the data associated with it. Glowmory is developed and operated by Salino Games LLC.

Delete your account in the app (recommended)

1. Open Glowmory and tap your avatar (top-left) to open your Profile.
2. Scroll down and tap "Delete account".
3. Confirm by tapping "Delete everything".

Deletion is immediate: your account, progress, coins, items, display name, and leaderboard entries are erased right away, on every device.

Or request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed:

1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Glowmory account".
2. Send the request from the email address linked to your account, or include your in-game display name so we can locate it. If you sign in with Google, mention the Google email you use.
3. We will delete your account within 30 days and send you a confirmation once it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account, including any stored email address and sign-in credentials;
• Game progress, Journey checkpoints, and achievements;
• Scores, leaderboard entries, and your in-game display name;
• Your virtual coin balance and cosmetic items;
• Analytics identifiers linked to your account.

What is kept, and for how long

• Confirmed purchase records (user ID, product, price, and date — never payment card details, which are handled entirely by Google Play) are retained for up to 5 years after deletion, as required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.
• Standard server logs are retained briefly and deleted automatically.

Deletion is permanent: progress, purchase entitlements, and leaderboard entries cannot be recovered or restored to a deleted account. Data stored locally on your device can be cleared by uninstalling the app. For details about the data we collect, see our Privacy Policy.
